Menopause marks a profound transition in a woman’s life, yet so many of us feel unprepared for the changes it brings to our bodies, hormones, and daily rhythms.

The traditional approach to health and nutrition often falls short during this transformative time, leaving women feeling frustrated and disconnected from their bodies.
