We’ll introduce the four seasons, demonstrate the visible impact of colours, and discuss the personality traits linked to each season.
Through a fun quiz and practical demonstrations, you’ll gain insight into how knowing your colours can help you start reconnecting with yourself through your wardrobe and make-up.

Vikki is a highly experienced Menopause Specialist Nurse and Independent Prescriber who runs Calm Menopause & Wellbeing Clinic, a bespoke service supporting women through perimenopause and menopause with compassionate, evidence‑based care.
With a background in clinical nursing and specialist menopause training, she helps women understand their symptoms, explore treatment options like hormone replacement therapy, and feel informed and empowered to make decisions that suit their body and lifestyle. At this event, Vikki will share clear, practical guidance on navigating treatments and symptom management so you can feel more confident advocating for your own health.

Nicole has been fascinated by colour analysis since her time in retail, where she could almost instantly see what would suit a customer and what wouldn’t.
Over the years, this curiosity grew alongside her make-up education work, and she finally decided to train in colour analysis during her maternity, combining her passions to help women reconnect with themselves.
She works with women who’ve been through life changes, motherhood, perimenopause and menopause, who often feel like they’ve lost themselves or fallen into monotonous routines.
She is extremely supportive and empathetic, and loves helping women rediscover their creativity, feminine energy, and confidence, bringing playfulness and personality back to their everyday style.

Four interactive 50-minute workshops with time for questions and movement between sessions, plus food and drink.
We’ve also included 30 minutes at the start for introductions and 30 minutes at the end to wind down, network, and ask extra questions.
Although we have 40 tickets available we will be splitting the party into 4 groups so the workshops are intimate. There will be no more than 10 people per group, creating a safe and supportive environment.
No! The workshops are designed for complete beginners, so everyone can take part and benefit.
