Hi I’m Sarah and I’m here to to help you get back your superpowers and help you build a fasting lifestyle that works in harmony with your hormones, allowing you to ditch the stubborn belly fat, reignite your motivation and clear the brain fog.

When I hit the peri-menopause I’m not going to sugar coat it (how ironic that was pretty much what I was living on at one stage!) there were times when it was pretty bleak, I was in a state of such low mood that I could barely be bothered to brush my own teeth, let alone contemplate facing clients and doing a full days work! 

I was in a cycle of self sabotage and would quite often find myself munching through bags of chocolate cookies as though they were about to go extinct! Which then in turn meant I had zero energy or motivation to think about doing any exercise and before long I was gaining weight around my middle, feeling pretty negative about the way I looked and avoiding social interactions with both friends and strangers due to lack of confidence and low level anxiety – told you it was bleak!

However I knew that this lifestyle I had fallen in to couldn’t carry on, as I could see and feel the negative impact it was having on my health and the people around me.

So what did I do?

Having worked closely with the body and cellular health with my skin clinic and always adopting a 360 approach to wellbeing with my clients, it was time to treat myself as though I was one of my clients and I set to work looking for a new lifestyle, one that was flexible, wouldn’t require any more time added to my busy schedule, that wouldn’t have me feeling confused or overwhelmed or worst of all having to count calories!

This is when fasting, in particular the Fast Like A Girl program literally landed in my lap! I devoured all the content I could consume and began experimenting with fasting alongside my hormones and I can honestly say, it felt like the heavy weight of peri-menopause began to lift and I started to see a shift in my mood, my energy started to return with welcome enthusiasm and the stubborn belly fat started to shift – it was like a new lease of life for me!
